Are these good for gifting?
Yes — boxed chocolates are what Chileans bring to a house, and these arrive ready to hand over. Add a free Gift Message on the cart page and we include it.
Will they melt in shipping?
Chocolate can melt in transit, especially in warm weather. Our No-Melt Guarantee covers orders shipped Express or Overnight: if one of those arrives melted, we refund or replace and reship at no cost. Overnight is the only speed that ships with ice packs, so it is the safest choice in hot weather. Standard shipping is not covered for melting.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM ET Monday to Friday usually ship the same day from our Davie, Florida warehouse. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days, with Express and Overnight available at checkout.
