Does Chilean chocolate melt during shipping?
Chocolate can melt in transit, especially in warm weather. Our No-Melt Guarantee covers orders shipped Express or Overnight: if one of those arrives melted, we refund or replace and reship at no cost. Overnight is the only speed that ships with ice packs, so it is the safest choice in hot weather. Standard shipping is not covered for melting.
Which Chilean chocolates do you carry?
All the classics: Sahne-Nuss, Trencito, Costa, Ambrosoli and more — imported directly from Chile in bars, bags, and gift boxes.
How fast do chocolate orders ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM ET Monday to Friday usually ship the same day from our Davie, Florida warehouse. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days, with Express and Overnight available at checkout.
How fresh is the chocolate?
We rotate stock constantly, and product pages show a Best By date whenever it's available, so you can check freshness before you buy.
