Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy explains how and when you can cancel certain types of purchases made on our website. It applies specifically to subscription orders and pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to manage your subscription, or you may contact us directly for assistance.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are out of stock or not yet available. In some cases, we may charge a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method, with the remaining balance charged once the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
