Is the candy imported from Chile?
Yes — imported directly from Chile. Orders placed before 12 PM ET Monday to Friday usually ship the same day from our Davie, Florida warehouse.
Does candy melt or spoil in shipping?
Most candy travels well year round. For chocolate-based items, our No-Melt Guarantee covers orders shipped Express or Overnight, and Overnight is the only speed that ships with ice packs. Standard shipping is not covered for melting. Product pages show a Best By date whenever it is available.
