About JB
JB is a small range that does one thing properly: the sauces Chileans reach for at the table. Ají Chileno for straightforward heat, Ají Pebre for the herby, chunkier sauce that goes on bread before the meal has even started, and Mostaza, Chilean mustard, which is milder and smoother than the American kind.
If you have eaten a completo or an asado in Chile, you have eaten these. They are flavour-first rather than punishing — bolder than ketchup, far milder than a habanero sauce.
