About Chocolada
Chocolada makes two things and makes them well, and both are built on manjar. The alfajores are soft cookie sandwiches filled with manjar and dipped in chocolate. The cuchuflí are crisp rolled wafers packed with manjar and finished the same way — the ones that snap when you bite them and then give way to the caramel inside.
These are once food. In Chile they come out in the afternoon with tea or coffee, and they do not last long on the plate. They also travel well as a gift, which is why the bundle exists.
