Ají Pebre Don Juan – Mild Chilean Pebre Sauce with Herbs
Don Juan Ají Pebre puts the herby, oniony character of pebre, the Chilean table salsa, into a smooth chili sauce: chili pepper with onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano and a touch of cumin. It is mild, more about flavor than heat.
Squeeze it onto grilled meat at an asado (the Chilean barbecue), over empanadas or a completo (the Chilean loaded hot dog), or stir a spoonful into soup. An 8.47 oz (240 g) squeeze bottle. Refrigerate after opening.
Why You'll Love It
